An understanding of what is mindfulness and why everyone is talking about it
How mindfulness can improve your health and wellbeing
The experience of participating in mindfulness practices including mindful breathing and awareness-building
An opportunity to develop a range of new or better ways to cope with the challenges and demands of everyday life unique to you
Mindfulness can assist you in developing a different relationship with issues that challenge you in your daily life. You will learn ways to develop your strength and inner resources, helping you to improve your life even when faced with stress, illness or pain.
