Continuing Practice

A monthly group to continue and strengthen mindful personal practice. Open to those who have completed an 8 week MBSR, MBCT, MBLC programme or our Beginners Mindfulness 4 week course.

This session is also open to those who have completed an MBSR or other programme elsewhere. If you would like to attend a monthly practice group please contact hello@mindfulnesshw.co.uk for more information.
