Mindfulness for health and wellbeing

One to one coaching in mindfulness

Becoming mindful means becoming less anxious and allows you to live in a calmer more empowered way when you find yourself facing the turmoil and chaos of modern day living. For some, that first step is preferred on a one to one basis or with a loved one.

I can offer individual mindfulness sessions or courses for those who prefer one-to-one or cannot find a course to fit into their schedule. The Mindfulness courses have been adapted to individual needs and there can be more flexibility around dates and times.

For those undergoing therapy the MBSR course can be extremely supportive. Mindfulness is not therapy, does not conflict with therapy, yet is therapeutic by nature.

Each session would be 1 or 2 hours long, there is a workbook and recorded material for practice. You will be given notes and guidance after each session and contact in between if needed. As a relationship counsellor, I am equally happy to work with couples to develop a mindfulness practice. Please do enquirie with any questions you may have.

Alternatively I can work with you on a weekly or monthly basis to support you in continuing or reconnecting with your mindfulness practice.
