Approved and listed Teacher with UK Mindfulness Network

I am experienced in facilitating learning and change and am listed by the UK Mindfulness Network as an approved teacher, which means I have been able to demonstrate (via an assessment process) that I meet the UK Good Practice Guidance for Mindfulness-Based Teachers i.e. I am suitably trained, committed to continuous professional development, hold appropriate insurance and receive supervision for my teaching.

I am an approved, fully trained mindfulness teacher and undertake supervision for mindfulness teaching and counselling monthly. I am also a member of the Mindfulness Association and the North East Mindfulness Network.
